SES Solar Completes Share Exchange Agreement
CCN Matthews reports that SES Solar Inc. has announced the closing of a share exchange agreement with Swiss corporation Societe d’Energie Solaire S.A. With the deal, SES Switzerland is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of SES.
SES owns proprietary technology for producing photovoltaic modules and roof tiles for the solar energy marketplace.
