Australian budget in the black
The Daily Telegraph reports a sudden surge of last minute company tax payments has left the Australian government flush with money. Now the government budget includes a $150 million plan to double the $8000 handout to households installing solar energy systems. Schools will receive a $12,000 subsidy.
