LDK Prices Public Offering of ADS
PR Newswire reports LDK Solar Co., LTD., has announced that its initial public offering of 17,384,000 American Depository Shares, (ADS) has been priced at $27 per ADS. The ADS began trading on June 1, 2007 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “LDK”. LDK solar manufactures multicrystalline solar wafers, which are the principal raw material used to produce solar cells.
