Taiwan Solar Panel Maker To Invest In Dominican Republic
Dominican Today reports Motech Industries Inc. seeks to invest in the Dominican Republic’s renewable energies market. Motech is Taiwan’s leading solar panel maker and will use the benefits in the recently passed law on incentives to alternative energies. Motech Industries CEO Luke Chang said he’s interested in the new legislation that protects the production of alternative energy and given the country’s experience in sugarcane production, his company could make important investments to produce ethanol.
