BioSolar Builds Bio-Based Solar Cell
Marketwire reports BioSolar, Inc. has announced that the company has achieved another milemarker in its development program to create the world’s first bio-based solar cell. BioSolar’s CEO, Dr. David Lee, said, “BioSolar has successfully completed the next step in constructing a bio-based solar cell module by laminating BioSolar’s own proprietary bio-based substrate onto a crystalline solar cell as back sheet.” Dr. Lee Concluded, “We are very excited about achieving this stage in our technology development cycle, and we look forward to reaching our next important milestone in producing a thin film, flexible solar cell on a bio-based plastic substrate,”
