A better plastic solar cell
azom.com reports a discovery has been made at the Center for Polymers and Organic Solids at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The discovery has given the use of plastics to harvest the energy of the sun a significant boost in efficiency. A new “tandem” organic solar cell has been created with increased efficiency.
