Jersey Solar Intiative Shifts
NorthJersey.com reports New Jersey regulators have approved a major overhaul of the state program to encourage residents and businesses to use solar. The change will replace most cash rebates with market-based financing. the change will spell higher upfront costs in 2009, when the new rules go into effect.
