The thinner solar cell
European Research reports scientists have been working to find a solution to protect the environment and power the homes of consumers more efficiently. A team from Durham University is trying to develop cheaper and more sustainable materials to be used for solar cells. The materials would be used in thin-layer photovoltaic cells.
