Ascent Solar Shares See Rise
Forbes reports on the brief rise of Ascent Solar Technologies shares. The rise was due to new that Gelbaum’s Quercus Trust bought 323,701 shares last week for $14-$15 a share. Ascent Solar is a maker of thin-film photovoltaic cells.
