Expiring Tax Credit May Endanger Renewable Energy Industry
Reuters reports the clean energy industry could be stunted if Congress decides not to extend tax incentives that are set to expire next year. Democrats dropped a $21.5 billion package of tax incentives from an energy bill after Republicans threatened to block it. Without the tax credits homeowners and businesses may be hesitant to invest in the new technologies.
