GE Demonstates Nano-based Solar Cell
Meridian Institute reports GE Global Research have demonstrated a scalable silicon nanowire-based solar cell that could lead to cheaper solar cells and with increased efficiency. GE is collaborating with the DOE on the Solar America Initiative.
