RecordOnline.com reports The Solar Energy Consortium has created a partnership with a manufacturing company that will make solar panels that are more efficient than photovoltaic panels and will add 400 new jobs within 5 years. The constsortium is a public and private endeavor that aims to make Hudson Valley the center of solar research and development.
