Eggstock Gains Popularity
Simsbury Post reports Eggstock on Flamig Farm has grown to an attendance of 1,000 people from a couple of hundred. The purpose of the annual festival is to raise awareness on environmental issues and showcase local bands. The farm’s owners also have the opportunity to expose their use of solar power to generate hot water and the biofuel technology that runs their farming equipment.
