Plans for a Photovoltaic Power System in Place for Boulder City

Las Vegas Sun reports NextLight Renewable Power will build a 100MW photovoltaic power plant in Eldorado Valley.  The plant is expected to be complete by 2011 and could bring $2.4 million to the city through the land lease.  Unions are trying to secure their workers will be utilized for the construction and maintenance of the plant as the Acciona plant brought in workers from Central America instead of from Nevada.
