Solar Industry Investments Booming in Malaysia
Daily Express reports that in 2008, the Malaysian government accepted about RM12-RM13 billion from foreign direct investments in the PV industry. First Solar, Sunpower, Tokuyama, and Q-Cells provided the investments. First Solar and Q-Cells began PV operations earlier this year.
