Owens Corning and SunEdison Team on Solar System
Environmental Leader reports that Owens Corning and SunEdison announced the startup of a new 440kW PV solar system at the Owens Corning plant in Kearny, New Jersey. The system will be capable of producing over 522,000 kWh in its first year. SunEdison projects that the system can produce over 9.5 million kWh over a 20 year span.
