Red Orbit reports that SunPower Corporation said that it has priced an offering of $220 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.5% senior cash convertible debentures due 2015. SunPower is a Silicon Valley-based provider of high efficiency solar cells, solar panels, and solar systems.
